The ODV Medical Group provides the clinical foundation for OnDemand Visit programs. Led by experienced medical leadership and supported by nurse practitioners, physicians, community health workers, EMTs, paramedics, social workers, and patient engagement professionals, the medical group helps ensure each patient receives clinically guided, coordinated support.

Rather than operating as a disconnected telehealth service, the ODV Medical Group is integrated directly into OnDemand Visit’s EMS-powered model. This means patients can receive real-time clinical guidance during an in-home visit, during a low-acuity urgent care need, after discharge, as part of high-risk engagement, or within an ongoing care plan.

The result is a more connected patient experience, one that brings clinical decision-making, field-based assessment, care navigation, and follow-up support together around the patient.
